The Meaning Behind Ruhi
Ruhi means soul in Sanskrit — the inner essence that connects us to something deeper. We chose this name because true wellness isn't just physical. It's about nourishing who you are from the inside out.
Rooted in Three Generations of Wisdom
My grandmother lived by Ayurveda long before it was trendy. Every morning, she took Triphala to support her digestion, stirred Moringa powder into warm water for energy, and relied on Ashwagandha and Shatavari to stay balanced through the seasons. These weren't trends — they were rituals, and they worked.
That wisdom passed from her to my mother, and from my mother to my sister & me — Komal. Growing up watching these plants do their quiet, powerful work shaped everything about how I think about health. When I started Ruhi Botanicals, I wasn't building a supplement brand. I was honoring a lineage.
