The Ruhi Happiness Guarantee

Your wellness journey matters to us. Ayurveda teaches that every body is unique — what brings balance to one may differ for another. If you are not completely satisfied with a Ruhi Botanicals product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even if the pouch has been opened and tried. We simply ask that you give our botanicals an honest try.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@ruhibotanicals.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

•       Your order number

•       The product(s) you wish to return

•       A brief reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve)

•       A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@ruhibotanicals.com with a photo — we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, no return required in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received (or your issue is reviewed), we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@ruhibotanicals.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the product you would like. Or, take Ayurveda's invitation to explore — use your refund to try a different Ruhi botanical that may better suit your constitution.

Non-Returnable Items

•       Gift cards

•       Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

•       Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original seller)

•       Orders beyond the 30-day return window

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders may be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing hello@ruhibotanicals.com. Individual subscription shipments follow the same 30-day guarantee above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, consistent with EU consumer law.
