No Returns, Only Refund for Damaged Products

We do not accept returns on opened bottles. If you receive a damaged product, broken seal, defective bottle, or incorrect items — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@ruhibotanicals.com with a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. No questions asked for damaged or defective products.
