Ruhi Botanicals products are dietary supplements made from organic botanical ingredients. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes; natural products may vary slightly in color, texture, and aroma between harvests — this natural variation reflects authentic, minimally processed botanicals and is not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update formulations, packaging, and pricing at any time.

Section 4 — Orders, Pricing & Billing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid payment method. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Section 5 — Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save plans automatically renew at the frequency you select, and your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime before the next billing date through your account or by emailing hello@ruhibotanicals.com. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

Section 6 — Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, though we will assist in resolving lost or damaged shipments as described in our Shipping Policy.

Section 7 — Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day Happiness Guarantee.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including the Ruhi Botanicals name, logo, lotus mark, tagline "Ancient Wisdom. Modern Purity.", product names, text, graphics, photographs, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Ruhi Botanicals LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Section 9 — User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business (with attribution where practical). You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not violate any third party's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Section 10 — Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or cancel orders affected by them, including after an order has been submitted.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Section 14 — Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUHI BOTANICALS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruhi Botanicals LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruhi Botanicals LLC regarding the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
