Where We Ship

Ruhi Botanicals currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific may be processed the next business day. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you of any delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

•       FREE standard shipping on all orders over $39

•       Flat-rate standard shipping: $5.99 on orders under $39

•       Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS

•       Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email hello@ruhibotanicals.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we will work with you to make it right. For packages lost in transit, we will replace the order or issue a full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@ruhibotanicals.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Storage Tip

Our botanicals love cool, dry, dark places — just like their journey from farm to pouch. Store away from direct sunlight and reseal after each use for maximum freshness.
